Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change quickly, Clear Choice, LLC and PlayBetterBluegrass.com do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. List Price is the suggested retail selling price of a product provided to us by manufacturers. We may commonly sell products at prices lower than List Price. We update our List Prices as we become aware of changes, but in some cases manufacturers may change a suggested retail price without notice to us. Please contact the manufacturer of a specific product

Low Price Guarantee

We will match any advertised price on instruments only from Authorized Dealers on in stock items only, i.e., they must have the item in stock and we must have it in stock. Shipping charges must also be taken into account. We will NOT match prices on any auction sites, whether by an authorized dealer or not.

Payment Terms

Internet orders may be paid for using the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. In addition to credit cards, for phone or mail orders you may pay by money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks by mail. We also have financing options through GE finance. Just call us at 1-866-568-7366 to place your order. Personal Checks are subject to a 10-business-day hold.

Minimum Order

Due to the high overhead cost of processing orders, we require a minimum order of $20.00.

Limited Quantities

Some products may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Limited Warranty

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge, upon written request addressed to:

Return Policy and 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products (except drop shipped, international or special order products). For instruments, return within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price, credit, or exchange (less $29.95 shipping cost.) We pay shipping both ways in the case of defective or damaged goods.
For instructional materials and accessories, return within 30 days for full credit or exchange only.

Clear Choice, LLC, and PlayBetterBluegrass.com only accepts returns made within the first 30 days of receipt. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 30-day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds and/or credits are made for the product value only, excluding original shipping and handling charges, and less a $29.95 shipping charge for returned instruments. You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. In the case of damaged or defective goods, we pay shipping both ways.

CLEAR CHOICE, LLC, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own personal use only, and not for resale or export.
